And as a bonus, you get a full diet plan for a week, with high-protein, high-calorie meals structured for your needs, macronutrients, and meal preparation. Calisthenics is one of the disciplines that will not only make you look amazing but also give you an immense boost in power because each and every exercise is free; there are no exercises isolating only one muscle. They all require a set of muscles to do, which is why calisthenics is my sport of choice. Calisthenics are not only good for your body but also your strength and stamina, and they are a wonderful partner in every combat sport. This program is made with lower reps and slower than usual execution of the exercises to not cause the muscles to rip apart too much but rather stimulate muscle growth by simulating weight usage. Calisthenics is one of the greatest things you will ever start, and I made it so it is easy and convenient for a beginner. Now you don't have the excuse that I don't know how to start or what to do; everything is here; let's get well rounded together.
